SPOTLIGHT ON SUCCESS
Thanksgiving is a day for reflecting on all God has given us to be thankful for; I will certainly be thinking of the wonderful treatment I received from the staff at Rosewood Care Center this past spring.
At the heart of all crisis management is recognizing that we can't accomplish everything on our own. Some challenges are too big — some mountains are too high. In my own season of crisis it was critical that I had help. The injury that I sustained while travelling in Mexico was indeed unexpected and extremely traumatic.I am grateful for all you and the staff did to get me the highest level of medical care and assistance upon my return to the United States. You thoughtfully extended extra effort to facilitate the unique insurance issues. Facing this battle alone was truly overwhelming and scary.
I am so thankful for the three weeks of sunshine your employees brought to my dark and gloomy days. The entire staff, including aides, nurses, and therapists, gave me encouragement when I was weary and distraught — they helped erase my tears, and replaced them with laughter time and time again. I am fastidious and discriminating about where I reside; I was pleased, felt protected and in safe hands. Please extend my appreciation to your exceptional staff.
I am delighted to report that my knee has mended very well. My follow-up physical therapists referred to me as a medical miracle! I have certainly relayed to all I meet that Rosewood Care Center is a first-rate facility and played a major role in my recovery process.
